About This Course
Teamwork and collaboration are key ingredients in every 21st-century organization. Whether it involves a team of three to thirty, understanding how teams operate, what can (and will go wrong), and how to productively resolve conflicts are essential skills for any professional.
In this course, you will learn the qualities of an effective team, build your understanding and appreciation of collaboration with team members, and negotiate and resolve team-related conflicts.
